GuntisK Hello! I'm left handed and my parents are wondering, why? Because they and my grandparents were right handed. So I think when I was a child, it was my choice to be left handed.

GuntisK I recommend you to read http://fitolifeweightloss.blogspot.com I is meal substitute. Rich with proteins, vitamins and minerals. When I use it, I feel satieted and full. So you physical can't to overfeed yourself, which is the main problem to run to fat.
