For being more healthy in our day today life what u guyz thing which is more important to be in a proper and hygienic diet or to be regular towards the workout???

Lynn Guo Of course a regular diet with regular workout is the best way to be healthy. I never believe that one can keep fit by eating less. Instead, innutrition always comes by your side. So, eat better and exercise more.
