Habeebi06 I have found this addage rings true. IF as a leader I am an example to others around me, especially the young people, they will learn by following my example. I am young myself and have learned best by immulating what I see others do that seems to work.

Habeebi06 hi, My family does something like it. This way when we all get busy, we don't have to budget for everyone. It is really fun and we all eat and just talk and catch up on our lives.
