HappyObeyChen I am Chinese and my grandpa do tai chi.It's beneficial but not physically I guess,It helps in a mental way.I mean it calms you down while doing it,and you would always keep sober and calm if you keep doing it on a daily basis.

HappyObeyChen Yeah,knowing that I have a lot unfinished things to do would drive me crazy.However focusing on one task would be boring thus I always choose doing two thing(sometimes three) simultaneously,especially while reading.
