HealerMike gineroler alkaloid called capsaicin and antioxidants. Ofcourse using more calories than storing helps going down in weight but do this situps and i garantee you results. I lerned it trough training kunfu and doing yoga.

HealerMike I also bealive to have faith is important but not to let the faith be a driving engine upon striking others. There is alot of that in the world today ; ( Isnty it written love your enemy. But its best to love them at a distance ; )
