That's my big problems when talking to english person i know exactly the word but hard to pronounce it correctly so to make it sure she or he understand i just say sorry and spell it out hahaha then when she or he pronounce it...

Where I am now at 12.05 AM. Is there anyone like me, at night it's hard to get to sleep. I'm used to sleeping after 12 o'clock, after midnight. How can you have a normal sleep pattern, can anyone provide a solution?
