Robinsman Thank you for your comments...And I am sorry to hear about your son. Mom past away last year after going through about a year and a half of alzhiemers..It makes it a little easier to know she didn't have to suffer very long with that...and she still remembered...

musicman6 I know that most of your mexican food has a lot of fat in it because of the oil it is cooked in! If you can find which of the cooking oils has the least fat in it , that would lower a lot of it! I don't know for sure which, I'd have to consult my cooking...
