Goodluck Okorie @lilnana1111 What's the communicating signal? I mean when you want to print, what is it telling you? It could be that the printer is offline. Since its a wireless printer, the must be connecting beam either bluetooth or so, or is it working through network?...

Goodluck Okorie @lilnana1111 Then look closely if this first option in files and folders i.e (Always show icons never thumbnails) is checked then unchecked it. That all. I hope this will help

Goodluck Okorie @lilnana1111 Try this, open windows explorer, its found in accessories, then on the dialogue box that will appear, click on view at the top of the box, then check "display file icon on thumbnails" afterward, come down and check show hidden show files, folders...
