ive been smoking for long time now. i cant stop. some peoople say its only in the head. but waht do you think? and how can i stop?

JanabeAlee It cant be stop from first day it require a proper desynthesisation method. Fisrt you have to reduced to a packet from many a days. Then fimilize your body with that habit. Then further reduce to single cirgerate a day. Then single in a week and smoke...

JanabeAlee I strongly believe in miracles. They all happening all around us and we arent aware of it. A miracle that i want to mention is our breathing which remain with us every moment of our life and most impostant part of our existance. What you need more evidence...

JanabeAlee Yea! for the economic point of view it is very crutial for a country that has plenty of tourist and what more you want than having a olympics on your land.
