Jellen Mostly, I forget to rotate it. Unless I am moving bedroom furniture around, it stays pretty much where it sits. I know it makes sense to rotate it and it will extend its life, but I just don't think about it. Probably doesn't get flipped more than a few times...

Jellen That's they way it once was across most denominations. Today, I believe it's a bit more casual. I wouldn't hold it against anyone for dressing too casually for church, especially if they are new converts or are non-believers visiting for the first time....

Jellen If you eat before going to bed, I believe your stomach keeps busy all night. Try to remember what you had to eat any time after supper and don't repeat it any time soon. That should do the trick.
