I have been on effexor for almost a year now. 75 mg and it really helps me. I started taking it after I had my daughter. I suffered from severe PPD and it really helps

Ally_Angel I have been on effexor for about 6 or 7 months I think... and I have found it only a little helpful. I take two 75mg tablets every morning. I find that I am still quite depressed... but not as much as when I wasn't on effexor.
