ive been overweight all my life, and just recently, the doctor told me ive reached obesity level 1, which somehow scared me, because my mom's diabetic and i have high chances of being one too, unless i watch carefully what i eat...

JessieAnn I am not a doctor or a trainer but my best advice would be to sit down and plan out some meals cut the food you would normally eat in half limit yourself to one desert a week, say on a friday and if you can afford it invest in a treadmill where you can walk...
