I was thinking a lot yesterday and i wanted to know what everyone would prefer, to be rich but not happy or to be poor but happy. Please tell me your take on the issue.

JimmiesMommy I would prefer to be exactly the way I am if those are the only other options. I am not rich but I am not poor, either. I am able to give my daughter a nice, warm home, plenty of food, clothing as needed, etc.

Do you limit TV watching for your child?

Do you limit the amount of TV your child(ren) watches? How old are your children & how much do you allow them to watch? My 2 year old likes to have "her shows" on the tv but doesn't actually sit & watch but maybe 20 minutes in...

JimmiesMommy It's good that he's more interested in friends & being active than TV. Too many kids nowadays live in front of the TV (IMO).

JimmiesMommy Just like my little one. If the TV is off, she wants music on! AND mommy always gets to do the goofy dances with her. LOL

Ok so I think in my lifetime I have been to like 30 weddings, kinda a lot for how young I am but here is my delema or confusion. Why is the food the same at every dam wedding? I get it roast beef or chicken gotta have the salad...

JimmiesMommy I want to let you know about the worst reception I've ever been to! I drove 3 hours for this wedding, stayed in a hotel, gave them $100 and they literally had a meat tray, chips and a cash bar. I even had to pay for my store brand diet pop the bar stocked....
