Michelle When I drive - I have the music on but not too loud. And, if I'm walking for long distances I'll listen to music again in moderation level to hear my surroundings and of course look around while walking too!

Reira Lee Rather than the food you should be eating, it should be the food that you should not be eating. One good way is to stay away from all processed food and all fried food. If you are able to do that, and eat lean meat, you should be fine.
