Kira Catseye I personally see them as a staple food. I can use them in stews,soups, or just mashed. So much varity from such a easy to grow crop.

My favorite is a cesar salad, with lots tomatoes and cheese. Though another that takes a bit of planing is potato soup, with cheese. Then theres vegetable stew in the crock pot, super easy!
