Has someone lost weight just by taking omega 3 capules. If yes, how may copsules per day should be taken. I have no idea what is Omega 6 and omega 9. I am interested only in Omega 3. Please give your views.

KraZyDaIZy Recently my doctor told me to start taking Omega 3 because it helps break down and flush out bad fat deposits in your blood and liver that cause high cholesterol. I would imagine that would help you lose weight too.

KraZyDaIZy I have mixed feelings. I think that when we restrict a child from expressing their individuality through what they wear, we are really causing them to use other means to seperate themselves and individualize themselves... that is not always a good thing.
