Toni @Lenroyee You should have said that in your own comment. Without motivation to run, it's useless. And running can cause injuries much faster than losing weight. So it's better to stop running and focus on eating healthy food. That's the point I was getting at....

Icydoll It's difficult task to get up and ready for excercise...but we can get motivated ourselves doing it.i hope you will continue it.
