Leykon I am taking vit b12 and k2 and d I have been losing my hair and was told I needed zink. the doctor did blood work and told me what I needed but never thought to look at the strength until I had already started to use them,

I had my grandson and his girlfriend come for dinner last night he is a vegetarian so I got this meatless beef and made spaghetti and meat sauce it wasn't as good as my usual but they said it was good and took the rest of it home...
