Lincy77 To keep fit, i suggest you not to eat anything 2hours before you go to bed. Drink six cups of water at least. Keep away from M and so on. This may be the easy way you can do. Hope it will help you.

Because i am fat,i always heard someone said to me "you are so fat and you should lose your weight".Maybe they are making a joke.But i always feel hurt.i will be fat even i only drink water.so it is difficult for me to lose...

Lincy77 It's nothing, just let it be. Everyone has his/her own life style. That person who say so may have other problem. So believe yourself.
