LittleMrsSunshine My mum had a friend who lived in a town in Spain, and could not speak a word of spanish, the entire town was full of ex-pats! I was horrified!

LittleMrsSunshine I was very very lucky, my sister was working for Voluntary Services Overseas near the Kruger National Park in SA so it was a very cheap way for us to do it, would never have afforded it now or then if we couldn't stay with her and stuff! Was so amazing!
