Lorena2012 you're right. potatoes are vey good for eating daily but it's goot to mix with yogurt or cheese. This mixture is good for your spine ansskeeatel system.

Lorena2012 It is good to change your twice a year. Otherwice you risk cripples hair. I read on the net that trend in 2013 is shades of red. I love tihs color and I tink you look good for you har. Take care of your hair!
