Lovelylilpeapod my husband understands. It's my ex husband who is the problem! my ex won't give up custody. my ex is the one who's putting her in danger, not my new husband. this is why i want my new husband to have custody. it's such a headache!

Lovelylilpeapod you are absolutely correct!!! my attacks seem to get worse the more I don't confront my fears or uncomfortable situations. also, just thinking i might have an attack can lead me to one, so i have to avoid thinking about that as well.

Lovelylilpeapod That panicky feeling is the start of a panic attack, it's more of a feeling of anxiety than an actual attack though.
