MAIKBORB pioneer you can't , it was only for some thousands member which sign up in 2008(prelaunch period) .is not something big is like standar member with litle more benefits in direct referrals number. golden cost 90$ for one year after they have some golden pacs...

MAIKBORB if you have the cd for driver ,you can reinstal the ethernet driver. or you can go in manufacter of your pc site (with your siter h/y) and download the driver .take it with usb and install again in your computer
