MJJ1011 I am also 5'1'' and my husband is 6'. Unfortunately I think Madison will take after me with the height. She already has a very similar build to me. As far as solids, I think we will start with mixing breast milk with rice cereal. Then we will go to vegetables....

MJJ1011 The doctor's appointment went well, but she has had a fever today. I don't know if it's a reaction from the vaccinations or what. At her appointment she was 12 lbs 9 oz and 22 3/4 inches long. She is 3% for weight and not even on the growth chart for length....

MJJ1011 Of course I'm not talking about doing anything drastic like spanking. I would never think about doing that. I'm more talking about telling them not to do something that may hurt my daughter or my personal possessions.

MJJ1011 I guess you are right about that. It is society's job to help teach children to be social, but it also is a parent's job. Where is the boundary?

MJJ1011 That's the problem with this particular family. When the parents are around they don't do anything. I'm starting to get to the point of not wanting to be around them at all because it's just so frustrating watching them not discipline their children.

MJJ1011 I didn't even know there was going to be a spinoff show until just a few days ago. I also didn't know they were having an extra long episode to pilot it. Thank you for that information. I'll have to go to www.tvguide.com to check out more.

MJJ1011 I agree that Burke has changed. I think love and him getting shot and the problem with his hand has also changed him. I wonder if him lying about his hand will end up hurting his chances.

MJJ1011 I completely agree with you. I guess I forgot to mention underwear. That too grosses me out. I also agree with not buying a used stroller, car seat, crib, etc. because you're right that you can't be sure if these things are safe.
