Magesh_anish It should be stopped.Because we have no rights to jail them in cages. But we could see that this is still practised merely for money, we should not allow this anymore..

Day before yesterday, i have a friend who had parked his bike on a foothpath. A cop immediately came to him ask for 200 hundred RS as a bribe amount. He remained adamant and refused to give the bribe instead asked for a receipt....

Magesh_anish According to me this is correct. Friend, you have done a mistake by parking your bike in wrong place. For that you are paying the fine. The good thing here is you are paying the fine legally and it is not a bribe. I mean you are preventing the cop to involve...
