Hanni Harel @Mamygel No, I do not Vallary, I have no choice in the winter. In the summer it heats up fast and I can have nice warm water.

Hellow , who know's the remedy of painful periods . Today has been a worse day for me , cramps all day long , i cant even eat. What should I do to avoid this in future?

Shasta Move around more, get more exercise. Inactivity makes cramps much worse and can eventually lead to blod clots.
