Mary Margaret Thanks for taking the time to help. Yes I too want her off the junk food. Like you said cheese and yogurt are Good too. Better I ll look for other substitutes.

Mary Margaret She likes chips, fries and all deep fried snacks. It is through friends and relatives. Even though I give a note not to give her any. She makes a fuss and so they give in...

Mary Margaret Egg is the only good thing she likes and i try to give it daily. I have never thought about grinded vegetables. I think I ll give it a try. Thanks for the tip...but will it taste good..
