Cahaya I'm a light sleeper so I wake up very easily at even the slightest noise. I work from home so I can take a nap during the day, that usually helps. And coffee, sometimes.

The Sunshine!! If i don't sleep well at night, i am surely fatigued the whole day. I feel low and lazy. But as a mom, you learn to compromise Depends on who is ruining the sleep and for what purpose. I am sure no one ruins your sleep uselessly.

Ritik roshan i take enough sleep and noone can ruins my sleep because i Lock myroom and then i go for sleep and i take at least 6-8 hr sleep.you don't have to over think if you want enough sleep and i think you have to sleep.
