MathsPar Still you wouldn't expect it to be almost as busy as 5 or 6 when most people leave what they're doing be it school, work or university. It is an odd one.

Combating Cramp

What is the best way to prevent yourself from getting cramp. does a pinch of salt in you're drink actually work or is that just a lie.

MathsPar No idea scientifically but I think it generally occurs due to salt lost in your sweat or something. A lot of sport drinks claim to stop cramp too using whatever chemicals but to be honest if you've worked hard enough a pinch of salt wont really stop it for too...
