Meeta310 Hope you enjoyed your chocolate cake! I think it is the best and yummiest of all.Other varieties are not bad too,fruit cake or coconut one,they are my second favorite of course after chocolate one!

Meeta310 Take a cooker,fill it with 1 inch water.place a stand inside and then on the stand the cake batter in baking utensil.Close the cooker and do not put on the weight.Check out after forty minutes or so.So simple and easy. I guess making a steamed cake is not...

Evaporated milk for buttercream

Meeta310 I am not sure,that condensed or evaporated milk will work as a subsitute for buttercream,perhaps you can try out coconut cream.It might work and be healthier too!
