MidnightTornado beware of fruits as they also contain carbohydrates - 50g or less per day (for me at least) and youll burn fat sitting on the couch

MidnightTornado Fixate myself on everything creating it and hit the gym, maybe play UFC Undisputed 3 first to get myself in the right mindset to work constructively. Video games themselves are a great fix.
