Does anyone know a good way to cope under stress while being pregnant? im under so much stress and im trying so hard to to..im pregnant and i know stress will not help the baby...any ideas?

MissUnperfect everything lately has been stressing me out for ex: my fiancess family all they do is cause trouble, my childs father, my family...etc..just everything in general really.
