Hi there guys, My goodness what a workout, i probably burned 200 calories, we kinda run out of water and the water is on the first floor, i had to get it and bring it back to the fourth floor by just using the stairs good thing...

MsKellyRyan Nice! this is a great workout. Each gallon of water weighs 8.35 lbs and carrying it up and down stairs is an awesome full body workout. It only makes you look macho if you are carrying 6 gallons, but you gotta have big hands to carry it.
