Myrilia Bookmooch has some neat features, as well. Such as giving points for posting books. Paperbackswap doesn't do that, only a credit when the book is received. If Bookmooch would change to a queue system, I would do most of my swapping from them. But since they...

Myrilia I have low blood pressure....very low, actually. I'm more worried about the unknown (to me, at least) that make one more likely to have a stroke.

Myrilia Thanks! I'll have to talk to my GP and see exactly what she recommends. Strokes are scary stuff, aren't they? I'm trying to change my lifestyle and eating habits to lessen the risk.

Myrilia I usually exercise after I get home from work, before dinner, when I can. Working on changing eating habits....more fruit, veggies, etc.

Myrilia I already drink lots of water, and try not to eat after 8pm. Sugar is the one I'm working on right now!

Myrilia Sugar and white flour are big weaknesses for me, so I generally try to make sure I'm not exposed to them.

Myrilia Not all strokes are caused by bleeding. Some are caused by clots that cut the blood supply to part of the brain off.

Myrilia I also have high cholestrol, but I'm trying to bring it down. My blood pressure is low, thankfully, sometimes very low. I don't take supplements because I have a hard time remembering to take them everyday. Stroke is a worrisome thing, prefectly healthy people...

Myrilia I do drink a decent amount of water, but not ice water. It hurts my teeth! If you remember the formula, please let me know.

Myrilia Thank you for the well wishes. Exercise has always been a big hurdle for me, but I'm trying! I know the hardest thing about exercising is getting out the door, so I've been telling myself that if I still feel like turning back in five or ten minutes I can....
