Nameless_ I think it's a random process, not everyone goes through it, though I have to admit that the comments that come from Australia say that our mobile phone numbers are not registered as proper cell numbers, so I don't know why they are getting us to do it too.

Nameless_ Hmm... that is very wierd. I would think the if the SMS option wasn't compulsory in Canada then it wouldn't be in Australia too. Even then, they shouldn't have refunded an already verified shipping just so I can give them my phone number again. Something...

Nameless_ Hi, this time, I verified through my security question... I think it may be an option here in Aus, but now they have changed it so I can ONLY verify through SMS. However, I have to add that my prize was already verified before they refunded it. Any ideas...
