Nurina smoking can damage the health. if you smoke then our lungs will be damage. substances contained in cigarettes is very harmful to the lungs. smoking can also make people addicted. if the addicted person who does notsmoke cigarettes so she would feel sick.

Nurina i sleep every day on average 7 hours per day. 6 hours at night and 2 hours for the day. if we are to much sleep is not good for your health and if we are sleep-deprived body limp.

Nurina I think business is more important than skills,if there is business and we do not have the skills then we can still learn. But if there is no business then our skill is not useful. But with the skill we can also create their own business.
