OrientFish Exactly. I felt really fed up with my works. Everyday, i just keep repeating things which are really boring. I try to find another job and get paid higher. LOL, hope i can get a good new job.

OrientFish I like pure milk only. Years ago, i like those flavored milk, i.e. strawberry, but now I only drink pure milk which i thought is more nutritious.

OrientFish I went out by bus or sometimes taxi. I don't own my private car. To my satisfaction, the public transportation here is very good, i can nearly get to anywhere i wish to by bus. In late this year, i may buy a car. LOL.

OrientFish I almost spend all my time on net. At 8:00 a.m., I go to work and start the computer till I can leave at 17:00. Then I will again start on net after dinner. BUT I don't have a lot to do. It is just to kill time.

OrientFish I agree. It is a very good habit for making as many as possible friends not only in real life but also on internet. I have many friends in life for we have similar interests. We often go out together for playing and sing KaLaOK. Very fun.

OrientFish It is OK to live with parents. In my views, my parents brought me up. All that they could give me alreay gives to me. And now, it is the time to live with them and take care of them because they are old now.

OrientFish I agree that people around me sometimes do not use the sidewalks. However, a young lady was hit to death by a heavy vehicles even though she used the sidewalks. Then it is already unsafe no matter you use or not use the sidewalks.

i just thought about this. when you run on empty stomach your body will use the reserved energy in your body which are the fats. do you really lose fat if you are running on empty stomach than with something in it?

OrientFish I don't believe running with empty stomach will help lose fat more. I also not exercise in morning, but in evenings. I will eat some dinner (not too much for dinners) and running around 1 hour after the dinner. After running, never eat food only drink water....

OrientFish It is really a little bit confusing. I guess it may request yourself to establish an argument that which one you think is smart because in some cases, the two may conflit. Therefore, you have to argue in some detail situation, which one helps more.
