nowdays i have heared that the laptops are in mini compact form will their price will be reduced to such as all are saying say 15$or somewhat it is an anticipation?is the technology and electronics are going to get cheaper?

Oskuuu i don´t think so. for example mobiles when they invent something new the old technology will be cheaper but new "cool" stuff will be more and more expensive.
