Patience68 Addiction of any kind is not good.Addition means you are over doing things.I believe that all addiction is harmful.Its a craving that one seems not to be able to control.You just find yourself on it.I think it is mild mental disorder.

Patience68 I have no problem with my weight but what I do know is one can balance their eating habits and do some exercises and weight will never become an issue.
