I just found out that mylot is paying again so I had to come over and see how everyone was doing. I have joined a few sites that are supposed to pay out and hope they do because we need all of the help we can get till disability...

i can do 15 push-up's run 13 miles in 2 hrs. 100 crunches per day and i've got a knock-out right hook and i am disabled is this a good try at staying healthy & vibrant ?
