Ok... I have managed to control the dry skin on my arms and legs, but I now need something for my lips, my mother keeps telling me to use petroleium jelly, but I don't like how it feels on my lips.... And I don't think it is...

Getting rid of dry skin

So, I have a skin condition, I forgot what it is called, but I have a lot of dry skin. :/ Mostly on my chest, face and my joints. What is a good way to reduce dry skin? I am using Aveeno but it doesn't seem to last.
