Phopson I think each indiviual case is differnet. I personally would not work over time to hide it. If the moment presented it's self, and the child was asking questions that led to it. I would tell the child the truth, when they started asking questions.

I am now in my forties and started dance at the age of 3 and continued teaching dance into my thirties. Now that I have given up dance. I am having problems with my feet and legs. Does anyone else have these problems?
