Quickest day of work ever

Got up early, got ready, got to the shop, found out the work truck is dead, came back home and here I am. Half hour work day.

Cortisone blues

So I have an injury to my elbow and got cortisone shots yesterday and oh man I'm in pain today. I never heard of cortisone flare ups before but I can say for sure I will never get these shots again

Yuki It seems like a common reaction to joint injections, but the pain shouldn't last much longer. If it goes much more than about 36 hours I'd follow up with the doctor. I hate getting the SI joint injections I have because of the way I feel after the shots, but...

April I am so sorry you are going through that, shots aren't fun and cortisone are some of the worst. Hope you heal quickly.
