Eye pain when using computer

Dear mylotters i'm suffering a pain in my eyes when using my PC for about 3hrs can you suggest a way to reduce eye pain?

ROHIT100 DUDE if u r suffering from eye pain then u can use screen guard. go to pc shop ask them for screen guard, choose a black one coz it will block the rays of desktop and it will help u to reduce ur pain.

ROHIT100 See frindz if any virusus attack ur computer.And if it is a very bad virus den only one thing u can do dat is format ur pc. But der is no need to format ur full pc. U can only format the operating system drive means c drive. Trust me i m an pc engineer.
