RayPenbar I don't use anything. I just format once awhile, that keeps the computer clean.

RayPenbar Well, punching a punching bag IS technically a exercise, just a violent looking one. Maybe enroll the child in martial arts? They teach discipline and how to control your emotions and anger, and how to concentrate and focus.
