RebeccaLynn I'll take your' advice and keep telling myself that I can do this. I'll deal with the headaches and grouchiness as long as I can put them down for good! Thank you!

RebeccaLynn Good idea. As of today, I have put a certain number of cigarettes aside and that's all I will allow myself today. When I go to smoke, I keep telling myself, "You don't really want that." Thanks for the support!

RebeccaLynn Thank you! I am praying for you. Heart problems are scary. I'm doing all that I can but I always feel like I could be doing more. Heart problems do run in my family. Mainly with the women. I pray that it somehow skipped my daughters.

RebeccaLynn I do agree with what you said but at the same time, I also have fibromyalgia and the cold weather prevents me from walking for now. What do you do when it gets cold outside?

RebeccaLynn forgiveness has been the easy part. I do love him. But now that I see him differently and can no longer trust him in the same way, the forgetting is difficult. I'm trying.
