donski i'm not a smoker but i have friends who does and now they quit. what they did was when feel like smoking they just eat candies. and divert their attention to other things. you have to discipline yourself. you must have a strong determination and perseverance....

k_rubio Hey, you can try chewing gum or attending a therapy to subsides the tension you make if your not smoking.. or may be limit the sticks you make in a day.
