Redeye95 As previously mentioned go for a walk, make it last for as long as you can. Workout, it will help you. If that doesn't help find a some stress management games. Believe it or not that can help you as they do make games that relieve stress.

Redeye95 Sings *world of war-craaaaft!* I know it costs $15 a month which amounts to $180 a year but it's worth it. You can make things as well as play a great MMO with many many people. Give it a shot :P
