My computer suddenly begins to operate slowely, at regular interval times. Is also shows message " Your virtual memory is too low". How to eradicate this problem?

Ronkgha may be too much file in your computer,so you must be reinstall & backup your computer & all your file.

Ronkgha i think we must have choice one of them anti virus and still update cause anti virus can be works when you still update,so don't use anti virus more than one.
