i do window shopping when im stressed and feeling down.it helps me to forget my problems just for a while.it helps me to think more clearly afterwards.it also helps me look for bargain items before buying anything.

i have 3 kids who had asthma since they were small.i tried everything to prevent them from their attacks but to no avaol.i tried giving them more vegetables and fruits in their diet and ...wholla!...it worked!its been 3 years...
